Foley: <br /> Enclosed please find an Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized <br /> Release / Contamination Site Report and an Underground Tank <br /> Financial Responsibility Document for subject site_ <br /> The suspect tank has been emptied and taken out of service. <br /> Robert H. Lee & Associates are preparing necessary, drawings <br /> and documents to obtain permits for replacement of all steel <br /> tanks and product transfer piping with double-wall fiberglass <br /> tanks and piping. <br /> AEGIS Environmental Consultants has been instructed to begin <br /> the permitting process for performance of an underground site <br /> assessment to determine existence and extent of contamination <br /> and to obtain geotechnical information required to properly <br /> plan the excavation for the new tanks . Your office will, of <br /> course, be copied on the results of the site assessment.
