PACIFIC SERVICE STATION #
6131 Pacific Avenue
Stockton, California 95207 SEP 15 2017
September 11, 2017 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
Ms. Elianna Florido, EHS Trainee
San Joaquin County
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205-6232
Reference: Inspection dated August 31, 2017, 6131 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95207
Dear Ms. Florido,
In response to your inspection notes for the above referenced inspection, please see responses below:
Violation#201—Maintenance of Alarm logs and monitoring records. The 9-23-16 alarm referenced in your review was
under a previous owner, Mr. Huong Tran. I do not have a copy of his records. Copies of the 8-31-17 annual test results
are included with this response for your records.
Violation#209—Designated Operator did not properly mark 1-27-17 inspection report for the Spill bucket and UDC's.
The DO's copy of this inspection is attached for your review. It indicates that both the UDCs and Spill Buckets were
inspected. Further, comments on the report you inspected indicated liquid was found in all Spill buckets. The report on
site has been corrected.
The Overfill alarm on 5-13-17 was noted in the comments. As it was a stand-alone overfill alarm, no additional
documentation was made. What additional documentation is required as the delivery ceased and the alarm did not
occur again?
The comments on the 1-23-17 alarm clearly read as follows, " 1-23-17—Low Product, Invalid Fuel Level and 87 Regular
PLLD Shutdown alarm—site ran out of Product. Alarms reset and cleared following delivery." I am not sure what is
unclear. The copy is attached as it is the same report as detailed above.
The 8-31-16 Alarm comments areas follows, "8-31-16,T1 Regular, Leak alarm due to monthly tank test interruption.
Customer pumped during test, test was re-enabled and alarm cleared." Again, the prior owner conducted additional
monthly CSLD tank tests which I do not have copies of on site.
It appears these alarms were properly reported. A copy of the Return to Compliance Certification is attached as
requested.
Sincerely, J_c
Jadi Singh
