The facility information has been submitted but the UST information will NOT allow submittal. I <br /> have two of the same error codes which read, "At least 1 form is required and no more than 1 version <br /> of other document forms can be submitted." I have had two different agency CUPA's look at the <br /> submittal, delete forms and re-enter with no luck. Jurisdictional CUPA is getting impatient! Placer <br /> County and Alameda CUPA's recommended I contact you for assistance. <br /> Please let me know what additional information is required to correct. Thank you. <br /> Kathy <br /> K. A.
