The facility <br /> information has been submitted but the UST information will NOT allow submittal. I have two of the same error codes <br /> which read, "At least 1 form is required and no more than 1 version of other document forms can be submitted." I have <br /> had two different agency CUPA's look at the submittal, delete forms and re-enter with no luck. Jurisdictional CUPA is <br /> getting impatient!
