VIOLATION: Owner has a UST on the property and ne-,'er obtained a permit from the EHD as required pursuant to Title 23 and HSC. • California Health&Safety Code(HSC)Section 25292 Failure to monitor the UST pursuant to Title 23 and HSC. VIOLATION: Owner has a UST on the property and has never monitored the LIST as required pursuant to Title 23 and the HSC. • California Health&Safety Code Section 25293.Failure to keep records of monitoring, and/or testing of the UST. VIOLATION: Owner has a UST on the property and has no records of UST monitoring or testing as required pursuant to Title 23 and the HSC. • Title 23,California Code of Regulations,Section 2662(b). By December 22, 1998,all UST's containing hazardous substances other than motor vehicle fuel,shall be retrofitted with secondary containment meeting the requirements of Article 3.
