The proposed agricultural building will have an interior unisex bathroom that <br /> will serve a maximum of five people per day and generate 32 gallons of wastewater per day or 9,984 gallons <br /> per years. <br /> Comments resulting from the review are attached for your consideration. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard <br /> OWTS usage for this parcel for the proposed agricultural building, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided the proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all <br /> the setback requirements from any water wells. <br /> If you have questions please contact Michael Kith, REHS, at mkith(asigov.org or (209) 468-3444. <br /> V <br /> Michael Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> Attachment <br /> c: Don Chesney, PE, Chesney Consulting <br /> 1868 E.
