Permittee, or his contractor, shall obtain an Encroachment Permit for the installation of the well (s) . 7 . Each completed well head shall be covered with a meter box or valve box as approved by the City of Stockton. The top of each box shall be flush with the surrounding ground or pavement. 6 . The provisions of the State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 entitled "Water Well Standards : State of California" shall be applicable to this permit . 9 . All drilling locations, methods, and well designs are to be approved by the California Department of Health Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. 10 . Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. 11 . Portable mud tanks are to be used. 12 . Disposal of water from the well development shall be in accordance with current federal regulations . 13 . Blocking or barricading City streets shall be subject- to the approval of the City Traffic Department . Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic . 14 .
