Immediately log into <br /> the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented.This was last submitted in 2015. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release <br /> or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds <br /> quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at <br /> standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not complete. The first question in the <br /> business activities is asking if there are reportable amounts of material on site. Please change the first question <br /> from no to yes in the business activities section. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
