Whiskey Slough Road, Stockton <br /> USE: Recreational Vehicle Park Pre-Application <br /> The Health District has the following concerns on this pre- <br /> application that need to be addressed. ! <br /> 1. The Developer shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit of <br /> the Toxic Substance Control Division of the State Department <br /> of Health Services a letter approved by the Health District <br /> requesting a determination under the provisions of Article 11, <br /> California State Health and Safety Code. The response from <br /> the Department of Health Services, or the letter from the <br /> Developer requesting that a determination be made, is to be <br /> recorded in the Title Report and the subdivision's Conditions , <br /> Covenants and Restrictions. <br /> 2 . Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> J.. <br />., Health District prior to occupancy. A yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title <br /> 22 , CAC, will be required by the Health District. <br /> 3 . Submit plans for approval by the Health District for a <br /> sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal system for the <br /> entire development. The plans must be designed by a Registered <br /> Engineer. <br /> Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central valley Region, prior to <br /> development- . <br /> 4 . Site plan submitted shows the intention of using pits, this <br /> is a high water area and pits would not be allowed. <br />
