CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-87-67 <br /> CARL FINK <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . A revised Improvement Plan , showing Lodi City Limits , <br /> edge of pavement , drainage , driveway access details , <br /> on-site parking , and grading , shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> 2 . Encroachment permits shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way of West Lane ( San Joaquin County) and <br /> Harney Lane (Lodi ) . An A/C driveway approach , fronting <br /> on Harney Lane and West Lane , shall be required . <br /> 3 . Frontage improvements for Harney Lane shall conform to <br /> City of Lodi requirements . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual sewage disposal system <br /> under a Sanitation Permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District shall be required . <br /> 2 . Three (3) sets of plans for the expansion of the <br /> produce stand shall be provided . <br /> 3 . The water supply shall comply with Health District <br /> requirements . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C .A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. The original permit never received a final <br /> inspection and has <br /> expired . <br />
