a <br /> Parking spaces for autos and trucks shall be surfaced with a double chip-seal <br /> over an appropriate base. The driveway shall be a minimum of 24 feet wide and <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently aintained with base_material of appropriate <br /> p - - <br /> de th and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable. <br /> dust-free surface. The driveway shall extend from Waterloo Road to the gate <br /> (approximately 160 feet). (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 6 parking spaces shall be provided <br /> (1 space is required for every employee, 1 space is required for the bobtail van, <br /> 1 space is required for each pick-up truck and car, and 1 additional space is <br /> required for visitors). <br /> (3) Tractor parking areas shall be shown on the Site Plan and shall be surfaced with <br /> a minimum of 4 inches of aggregate base. Tractor parking shall be behind the <br /> proposed building. Autos and trucks shall not be parked in the tractor parking <br /> areas. <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip shall be installed across the frontages <br /> f of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way. Screening shall be six to seven feet in height. Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> (2) A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the east <br /> and south property lines of the project site. This requirement may be deferred <br /> until the adjacent properties are developed with residences. (Development Title s <br /> Section 1022.4[d][11) <br /> h. TREE PRESERVATION: The existing oak trees on this site shall either be preserved or <br /> replaced consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance. <br /> Compliance with the ordinance shall be shown on the required Site Plans.
