(2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- way. Screening shall be six to seven feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) (2) A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the east and south property lines of the project site. This requirement may be deferred until the adjacent properties are developed with residences. (Development Title s Section 1022.4[d][11) h. TREE PRESERVATION: The existing oak trees on this site shall either be preserved or replaced consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance. Compliance with the ordinance shall be shown on the required Site Plans. (Development Title Section 9-1505). 2.
