Liberty Road, Clements <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 2) Submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State <br /> Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board) prior to issuance <br /> of building permits and at least six months before initiating construction of any water related <br /> improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water system <br /> by the local primacy agency [Environmental Health Department (EHD)] is prohibited without <br /> the concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact Michelle Frederick by email at <br /> michelle.frederick(c-D_waterboards.ca.gov or by phone at (707) 576-2731 at the Water Board <br /> concerning the requirements for preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. <br /> a) The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water <br /> System Program, at (209) 468-0332, to determine if the existing water well can be <br /> permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> 1868 E.
