The <br /> 6 C H W A R Z E N F G 6 E R Division monitors farmland conversion on a statewide basis and administers <br /> GOVERNOR the California Land Conservation (Williamson) Act and other agricultural land <br /> conservation programs. We offer the following comments and <br /> recommendations with respect to the project's impacts on agricultural land <br /> and resources. <br /> Proiect Desenotio <br /> The project is a site approval application by Wildwood Ranch, LLC, for a <br /> private right-of-way for a 27 lot antiquated subdivision. The 27 lots are <br /> described as legal, nonconforming lots with certificates of compliance. <br /> The property is also divided into two assessor's parcels (203-140-01 and <br /> 203150-01). The property totals 304.36 acres enforceably restricted by <br /> Williamson Act contract. Some development of the property may have <br /> occurred as the Notes on the Site Plan state that domestic water is by <br /> individual on-site well and storm drainage will be retained on each parcel. <br /> Williamson Act Lands <br /> Development of the proposed right-of-way appears to be for the purpose <br /> of residential development of the property and a violation of the subject <br /> Williamson Act contract. Notwithstanding the antiquated subdivision, the <br /> enforceable restrictions of the contract limit use of the property to <br /> agricultural and compatible uses.
