This 27 lot subdivision is in heart of a 40 acre ag zone
and will impose significant impacts. This impacts must be identified and mitigated for before the
project can proceed.
Not considering impacts to neighboring operations, 27 home sites will swallow up over 300
acres of farmland. Removal of ag Land will impact air quality, natural groundwater recharge,
surface water quality, lighting, noise, traffic and the quality of public services.
Without these impacts being mitigated for, these project should not be approved_
Please notify me of when this project will be heard by the planning commission.
Regards,
pp
G
POST OFFICE BOX 8444•3290 NORTH AD ART ROAD•(209)9314931 •STOCKTON,CA• 95208
WWW.SJFB.ORG
