Anderson and Associates, Inc. and
has found it acceptable for the above referenced parcel with the following conditions:
1. Due to the elevated nitrate levels noted in the Study,a.modified standard septic system shall be
required for all 27 lots. The installation of the septic system must be under an application permit and
inspection, approved by this Department. The permit fee of$.6-00.00 is due at time of application.
2. Wells are to have a minimum 100-foot grout seal and to be installed according to San Joaquin
County Standards. The permit fee of$325.00 is due at time of application. All new wells may
require a grout seal depth greater than 100-feet due to the elevated nitrate levels.
The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable; however, chemical
quality has not been ascertained. There are no State or local regulations that apply public drinking water
standards to private wells.
The compliance of these 3-11 acre parcels as it relates to San Joaquin County Development Title, Section
9-1110,has been completed and accepted to allow septic, well, and pump permits to be issued.
Should you have any questions, please call Rodney Estrada, Lead Senior R.E.H.S.,R.D.1 of my staff at
(209)468-0331-
Karen
68-0331Karen Furst, M.D.,MY H.
Health Oufffin r
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S.,R.D.I.
Environmental Health Division
MH. of
