INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Mr Sheldon Heckman and Ms Kama Harngfeid, Esq , Advanced <br /> GeoEnviromnental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at <br /> 2211 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California(the site) The scope of work included conducting a <br /> quarterly ground water monitoring event and preparation of this report The site setting is illustrated <br /> on Figure 1 Site structures, soil boring and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> I The objective of this investigation was to monitor the vertical and horizontal extent of dissolved <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons and fuel additives on the site A site conceptual model with minor <br /> background information is included in Appendix A <br /> The procedures for the site investigation were outlined in the AGE-prepared Additional Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan,dated 19 May2000,and approved by the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board - Central Valley Region(RWQCB)by letter dated 13 November 2000 <br />' • 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 29 and 30 December 2003, ground water monitoring and sampling were performed Field work <br /> Iwas performed in accordance with guidelines established by the RWQCB.for subsurface investigation <br /> of contaminated sites The number of the ground water monitoring wells has been reassigned,at the <br /> direction of the CVRWQCB, which is presented in Table I and Figure 2 <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND PURGING <br /> The depth to ground water in each well was measured to the nearest 0 01 foot from the top of each <br /> well casing utilizing a Solmst water level meter The ground water elevation was calculated by <br /> subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the surveyed casing elevation (Table 1) <br /> After water levels were measured, dedicated disposable bailers were utilized to purge between 3 75 <br /> and 4 5 gallons of ground water (a minimum of three casing-water volumes per well) from the <br /> shallow wells related to the site MW-1 through MW-17 A set of dedicated Waterra inertial bailers <br /> were used to purge wells MW-2 to MW-8 and disposable bailers were used to purged and sample <br /> wells MW-1 and MW-9 to MW-17 An oily product was discovered in well MW-15 and this well was <br /> purged of the product and not sampled The ground water level in well MW-4 drew down during <br /> purging and only one-gallon was removed during the purged, prior to sampling <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmentat,Inc <br />
