SA-95-04 (APN: 092-180-18; 3730 NORTH <br /> WILSON WAY, STOCKTON) <br /> This letter is to notify you that the Development Services Division <br /> has approved your request, under the provisions of Section 9- <br /> 505.5 (b) of the Development Title, to change the approved use on <br /> the site from "automotive rental and operable vehicle storage" to <br /> "truck rental for a maximum of ten vehicles. " The change in use <br /> does not permit any sales or repair activities. Please be advised <br /> that the approved use may not be initiated until all of the <br /> Conditions of Approval for Site Approval Application No. SA-95-04 <br /> have been fulfilled. The change in use will necessitate the <br /> following change to the first sentence in Condition of Approval No. <br /> l.h.
