A six and one half foot (6 . 51 ) wide concrete sidewalk shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County standards <br /> along the developed portion of Wilson Way. The construction of <br /> the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or <br /> a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $260 . 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240 .2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements . The estimate <br /> and legal description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied <br /> by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . As an option, the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $115 . 00 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee currently is $1, 379 . 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as "Service Commercial" in the Stockton <br /> area. A credit for the former use may be granted if applicant <br /> provides documents to prove the use prior to April 20, 1990, and <br /> within the last two years . The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167 and R-94-179) <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee currently is $0 . 267 per <br /> gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" . The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> through the year 2005 at the rate of 7 . 66 percent . A credit for <br /> the former use may be granted if applicant provides documents to <br /> prove the use prior to July 1, 1991 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818 . 4 and Resolution R-91-327) <br /> S .
