COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-29 <br /> 2 . A six and one half foot (6.51 ) wide concrete sidewalk shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County <br /> standards along the frontage of Wilson Way. The driveway <br /> approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the San Joaquin County Standards R-13 . The construction of <br /> the improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, <br /> recording fee and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the <br /> Public Works Department for approval. As an option the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 3 . Encroachment permit shall be required for any work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 , 111. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service <br /> Commercial" in the Stockton area. A credit for the former use <br /> may be granted if applicant provides documents to proof the <br /> former use prior to April 20, 1990. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of approval of the Improvement Plan. (The fee <br /> currently is $252 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" . The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. A credit for the <br /> former use may be granted if applicant provides documents to <br /> proof the former use prior to July 1, 1991. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 2 <br />
