COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-29 <br /> 2 . A six and one half foot (6.51 ) wide concrete sidewalk shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County <br /> standards along the frontage of Wilson Way. The driveway <br /> approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the San Joaquin County Standards R-13 . The construction of <br /> the improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. A credit for the former use <br /> may be granted if applicant provides documents to proof the <br /> former use prior to April 20, 1990. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent.
