In order to <br /> support this application, Environmental Health Division will require the applicant to install <br /> effluent meters on all effluent lines in order to determine that the facility does not exceed its <br /> waste stream as determined by the engineered study conducted July 10, 1993. <br /> Environmental Health Division will require monthly meter readings that are reported to the <br /> Division on a calendar-quarterly basis. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
