Permission to conduct inspection was granted by John Henry(Service Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted on a bulletin board with the other certificates. <br /> 3.) Manifests were on site and available for review during the inspection. <br /> 4.) No waste tires observed on site. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.)
