Water Service Sewage Disposal: City of Stockton <br /> Storm Drainage: City of Stockton 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 2 <br /> Staff: Kai Luoma CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> The property owner, Glenn Bramlett, has filed an appeal of the Community Development Department's <br /> Conditions of Approval for the construction of a shop/office building, an addition to an existing warehouse <br /> building, and an expansion of the existing parking area. Mr. Bramlett is appealing requirements regarding <br /> landscaping of the new parking area. <br /> The site currently contains three buildings: a 6,000-square-foot building occupied by an auto Gass repair <br /> facility and a computer sales and service store, a 9,000-square-foot building occupied by an auto parts <br /> warehouse with a limited retail sales area, and a commercial coach. <br /> The proposal is to add 9,000 square feet to the existing auto parts warehouse, construct a new 6,000-square- <br /> foot automobile service/office building, eliminate the commercial coach, and expand the present parking <br /> capacity. <br /> Property Owner's Appeal.- <br /> 1. <br /> ppeal:1.
