(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Todd and Geoconda Berman APPLICANT: Rafael Guzman,Jr. <br /> ADDRESS: 2216 Wilson Way APN: 117-110-30 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 100-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards CW-C11 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application.
