If water is to be accessed for this development, a study summarizing the volume of water <br /> used shall be required for Water Impact Mitigation Fees (WIlVIF). <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. All structures and tanks shall be elevated one foot above the 100-year flood elevation of <br /> 58. <br /> 8. In the Wildwood Liquefied Natural Gas Demonstration Facility Report-Section 8 <br /> Environmental Permitting- Subsection 8.1.5 Surface Water Protection and Storm water <br /> Control - The sentence starting with the San Joaquin County shall be read as follows, " The <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works has reviewed the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency's (FEMA) Floodway Map Community-Panel Number 060299 037 <br /> and the Flood Insurance Rate Map Community-Panel Number 060299 0610A. It was <br /> determined that a portion of the proposed site is within FEMA's designated floodway and <br /> within the 100-year floodplain. They have indicated that a 25 feet building setback shall be <br /> required from Temple Creek's bank to keep the project limits outside the designated <br /> floodway limits." <br /> GK:BN: <br />
