SA-01-86 OF LEONARD & GLADYS <br /> VIEIRA TRUST (C/O APPLIED LNG TECHNOLOGIES) (APN: 203-030-02) <br /> (14629 EAST WILDWOOD ROAD, STOCKTON) <br /> The applicant is proposing to establish a liquefied naturalgas LNGproduction <br /> Type: Utility Services-Major). The site has a General Plan designationoff A/G (Genleral(Use <br /> Agriculture) and is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture-40 acre minimum). The facility will be <br /> used to demonstrate the feasibility and economics of producing LNG from a low-quality natural <br /> gas source. <br /> The project site is located on the north side of Wildwood Road, 3,600 feet east of Jack Tone <br /> Road, east of Stockton and will utilize approximately 0.22 acres of the 320-acre parcel. The <br /> LNG will be trucked off site in a 10,000-gallon capacity tanker truck every other day, and <br /> besides twice weekly maintenance trips; the site will otherwise remain unmanned. <br /> Access <br /> The site plan indicates that the point of access on the southeastern corner crosses a property <br /> line with two different owners. If this is the case, then one of two options must be exercised. <br /> One option is to move the access point to the west and stay off of the adjacent landowner's <br /> property. The second option is to obtain an easement from the adjacent property owner to the <br /> east. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and <br /> responses from other agencies and will be recommending approval subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-86 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br />
