LIVE ENTERTAINMENT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNDER THIS <br /> APPLICATION, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH-EAST CORNER OF <br /> STEWART STREET AND WILSON WAY. <br /> (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 2) <br /> APPLICANT: Jeff and Julie Loudon APN: 117-060-43 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies ,which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250,telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wilson way has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 100 feet. Stewart street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way I <br /> width of 80 feet. <br /> I <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
