Vehicular access should be restricted along the entire site frontage with the exception of a <br /> single type 38 right turn "in-out only" driveway, not to exceed 30' in width, located near the <br /> southerly property line. The existing security gate at the proposed driveway location shall <br /> remain open during all regular business hours. Further, the gate should be located a <br /> minimum of 20' back from the back of walk to provide adequate vehicular storage during the <br /> locking and unlocking of said gate. All other gates shall remain permanently closed and <br /> locked. <br /> 2. The owner/developer should install complete frontage improvements, within the limits of the <br /> project, along Wilson Way and Sanguinetti Lane including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lighting, prior to occupancy of <br /> any buildings/structures on this site. <br /> 3. All off-site improvements, including but not limited to appropriate storm drainage discharge, <br /> shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
