All new structures or substantial improvements constructed within the 100-year floodplain shall be <br /> elevated a minimum of one foot above the 100-year flood elevation of 39 feet. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) <br /> a. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated October 18, 2004, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to the Final Map, an addendum addressing any changes to the subject property <br /> from the date of the original report shall be submitted to and approved by Environmental Health. <br /> b. Written confirmation is required from the Woodbridge Sanitation District that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer <br /> required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Woodbridge Sanitation District that <br /> the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> c. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A letter <br /> shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place <br /> prior to final approval. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 5. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (Staff Contact: Jeff Smith, 953-8800) <br /> a. The San Joaquin County Department of Parks and Recreation will require the collection of in-lieu <br /> fees for park development as a requirement for approval for any new residential lots created in this <br /> subdivision.
