ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> A N D A S S O C I A T E S INSPECTIONS & TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> September 9,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E0501 1B <br /> SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER PA-05-247 (MS) <br /> 15445 EAST WILDWOOD ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Dale Adema of Wildwood Partners to conduct a soil suitability <br /> study for the property at 15445 East Wildwood Road, Stockton, California. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Site consists of one parcel,Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 203-140-01.The parcel is 158 acres <br /> in size. The county application number for this project is PA-05-247. The site is currently vacant <br /> land. <br /> The elevation of the Site,according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 50-60 feet above mean sea level.
