EHD has no jurisdiction of location of proposed sewer treatment <br /> plants as long as it meets State and County distance requirements of wells, property lines <br /> etc. <br /> There is no law requiring the operator of a sewer treatment plant to be independent of the <br /> R.V. Park. The operator will be required to have a sewage treatment operators license of <br /> Grade IV from the State of California sewage sludge and effluent ponds, covered by a <br /> waste discharge permit from Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />
