The Omega <br /> blower is mounted to the package with motor and drive. <br /> Each Omega blower is already pre-filled with lubricant. <br /> Motor: TEFC Enclosure, 3600 or 1800 RPM, 230/460 V, 3 PH, 60 HZ as <br /> manufactured by Baldor Electric or equal. The motor is already mounted to <br /> the package. <br /> V-Belt Drive: High capacity type, oil & heat resistant, designed for a 1 .5 <br /> service factor, narrow groove belts already pre-tensioned. <br /> Automatic Belt Tensioner: Our proprietary design ensures automatic and <br /> proper tensioning of v-belts at all times. Easy visual inspection notifies user of <br /> loose belts and necessary adjustments. Quick and easy belt tensioning can <br /> be done without removing belt guard and while the unit is running. Provides <br /> operating safety, reliability and minimal maintenance. <br /> Guard: Sheet metal construction, totally enclosed, featuring openings for <br /> ventilation. <br /> Base: Channel iron construction in a rigid, compact frame design which <br /> minimizes space requirements. Base features Kaeser's proprietary swing <br /> frame design for ease in belt maintenance. <br /> Vibration Isolators: Resilient cushioning elements eliminate the transfer of <br /> vibration to the foundation and minimize noise.
