Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed and submitted to The Environmental Health Department with a <br /> review fee of$186.00 due at time of submittal. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:cf <br />
