CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600197 <br /> Roberts <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0600197 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on May 26, 2006. The effective date of approval is June 5, 2006. This <br /> approval will expire on December 5, 2007, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo, [209]468-8597) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must show all property lines, streets, easements, <br /> driveways, and parking; existing and proposed development; water wells, sewers, and septic tanks; <br /> and the 100-year flood elevation (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECKLIST' for details). A fee is <br /> required for the Site plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a 416 square foot addition to a legal non-conforming <br /> residence located in the Limited Industrial zone as shown on the Site Plan dated March 31, 2006. <br /> 2.
