Wimer Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, <br /> identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land <br /> uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials,including <br /> agricultural chemical residues,as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination,corrective action <br /> V( ( shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map/Certificate of Compliance(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed staff <br /> and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed <br /> b� prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/Certificate of Compliance(San Joaquin County Development <br /> l Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> ? Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> L/ nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> alt, 1115.7). <br /> Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br />
