Chandler Martin -2- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PA-07-032 (SA) 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,040.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building designated as retail. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$651.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) 6. Any increased runoff from the improved portion of the parcel shall be retained on site. 7. The proposed project is classified as a priority project in the County's Phase 1 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Permit and must comply with the County's Water Quality Control Criteria Plan by filtering,treating or infiltrating the 85'percentile storm County Storm Water fees are applicable. 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 10. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)permit from the State Water Resources Control Board prior to beginning on any construction. NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1)acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
