Chandler Martin -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-07-032 (SA) <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,040.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as retail. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$651.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Service commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 <br /> of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and <br /> Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. Any increased runoff from the improved portion of the parcel shall be retained on site. <br /> 7. The proposed project is classified as a priority project in the County's Phase 1 National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination Permit and must comply with the County's Water Quality Control Criteria Plan by <br /> filtering,treating or infiltrating the 85'percentile storm County Storm Water fees are applicable. <br /> 8. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 10. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1)acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> MRC:DG:av <br /> PACOMMENTS\SMYR 200TPA-0700032 APPLICATION.wpd <br />
