The project is expected to have no significant adverse impact on air quality. <br /> 2. The proposed project would be subject to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source <br /> Review) if upon full build-out the project would include any one of the following: <br /> 2,000 square feet of commercial space; <br /> 25,000 square feet of light industrial space; <br /> 100,000 square feet of heavy industrial space; <br /> 20,000 square feet of medical office space; or <br /> 39,000 square feet of general office space. <br /> Information about how to comply with District Rule 9510 can be found online at: <br /> 3. District Rule 9510 is intended to mitigate a project's impact on air quality through <br /> project design elements or by payment of applicable off-site mitigation fees. Any <br /> applicant subject to District Rule 9510 is required to submit an Air Impact <br /> Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than seeking final discretionary <br /> approval, and to pay any applicable off-site mitigation fees before issuance of the <br /> first building permit.
