Osborn
PO Box R `,;
Woodbridge, CA 95258
Dear Mr. Rippey:
3750 EAST WOODBRIDGE ROAD, ACAMPO
c
On June 18, 1993 , Chet Davissonand I met with Larry Osborn to
discuss the grading opera ion on the subject property. This
department had placed a estop work" order on the project because
the material used in the fill operation was in violation of the UBC
Appendix Chapter 70. Since the material consisted of large amounts
of debris, there was also a concern that the site would have to
meet the requirements for a landfill.
Based on what Mr. Osborn described, this department will allow you
to continue with the grading operation authorized under permit No.
BP-9300430 with the following conditions:
Immediate removal of all debris from the site, except the
material that will be approved for fill material. The debris
to be removed includes, but is not limited to, lumber,
railroad ties -- '
, pipe, tires, brush, rebar and other organic
material.
2 . Salvaged concrete materials shall be placed in a confined area
on the site approved by the department.
3 . All salvaged concrete or rock shall be inspected by this
department or by an approved special inspector prior to
placement. Concrete or rock larger than 1211 shall be 10 , or
more below grade and inspected prior to backfilling. Soil
shall be used to fill all voids.
4 . Debris already placed in the pond shall be removed or made to
comply.
5. Salvaged concrete shall have all rebar, wood or metal removed
prior to placement.
6. The grapevines on the south end of the property shall be
removed.
