The <br /> site was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR). Enclosed is a copy of the State Inspection Report for your records. <br /> The following violation of Division 30, PRC was documented: <br /> 30 PRC 42951 Operator Authorized by Registration <br /> 30 PRC 42955 Filing of Hauler Application <br /> Pursuant to 14 CCR § 18420(a), all operators of major or minor waste tire facilities that store, <br /> stockpile, accumulate, or discard more than 500 waste tires shall acquire a Waste Tire Facility <br /> (WTF) Permit. <br /> The C1WMB's Facilities Operations Branch is requesting that you submit a corrective action plan <br /> uv Nevernber 10, 1998 for the Nvaste tires stored at the aforementioned location. The plan shall <br /> specify the operator's intention and the time needed to become a registered waste tire hauler <br /> and/or obtain a WTF Permit. Further, please be advised that the transportation of waste tires to <br /> this location may be considered a violation of state statute. <br /> CIWMB staff is available to assist you with specific questions or concerns regarding these <br /> requirements. You may also consider obtaining the services of a consultant to assist you in this <br /> matter.
