Safety Communication.* <br /> ❑ 2. Enforcement of Safety Practices.* <br /> ❑ 3. Code of Safe Practices.* <br /> ❑ 4. Driving Safety Rules and Fleet & Driving Safety.* <br /> ❑ 5. Heat Illness Prevention.* <br /> ❑ 6. Hazard Communication (chemicals) Employee Training Handbook.* <br /> ❑ 7. Necessity of reporting ALL injuries, no matter how minor, IMMEDIATELY. <br /> ❑ 8. Proper method of reporting safety hazards. <br /> ❑ 9. Emergency procedures and First Aid. <br /> ❑ 10. Proper work clothing & required personal protective equipment. <br /> ❑ 11. Emergency Exits and Fire Extinguishers. <br /> ❑ 12. List all special equipment, such as lifts, employee is trained and authorized to use: <br /> * Give a copy of these items to the employee. <br /> I agree to abide by all company safety polices and the Code of Safe Practices.
