The underlying project is the construction of a 1,750 square foot <br /> carport over existing parking spaces that will also be fenced to provide a secure yard for evidence vehicles in order for the <br /> California Highway Patrol facility to meet the standards that would allow the facility to be accredited by the International <br /> Association for Property and Evidence. <br /> The Property is zoned C-G (General Commercial)and the General Plan designation is C/G (General Commercial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of North Wilcox Road, 485 feet west of East Waterloo Road, <br /> Stockton. (APN/Address: 087-100-76/2720 North Wilcox Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15305, Class 5 Categorical Exemption, and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is <br /> approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than January 16, 2020. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date <br /> may not be considered in staffs analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for <br /> this application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: This project will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission hearing.
