RE:#11- Application for re-activation of the EPA ID# was made on line early <br /> in August, 2009. No change. Paper application was made August 11, 2009. <br /> No change. August 20 started calling. August 31, 2009 reactivated. <br /> 2. RE:#86, # 20 - On 7/22/09, the drum and contents were examined and <br /> determined to be usable hydraulic oil from removing a "wet kit" from a <br /> truck. Drum was labeled and moved to the usable "oils" storage area (see <br /> picture). Signed off on 7/23/09 on page 3 of Inspection Report. <br /> 3. RE#12 — On 7/22/09, the liquid in the secondary containment for used oil <br /> was examined and determined to be used oil that had been spilled when <br /> trying to put it in the tank. This used oil was drained into a container and <br /> then poured into the used oil tank. Signed off on 7/23/09 on page 3 of <br /> Inspection Report. <br /> Ron Kunnen <br /> Mechanic/Clerk <br />
