I, James Nunes, Owner of 11600 East Ada Ave Stockton, CA 95215 was advised to write you
and request a variance for my septic system I installed. My permit number is SR0080577.
My leach lines were 77 foot at the time of initial inspection since then I have added the 3ft to
make up for me not taking into consideration the length I would lose with the couplings.
The second issue was the depth of my leach line I have 2ft of river drain rock underneath my
leach line. I also put 1 ft above after reading the drawing I was given (see attachment A). The
42" Diameter pits I drilled were 25ft from ground level at that point there was no sight of
groundwater. I was advised to cap the pipe at the bottom of the sepig pit which I also put 4ft of
drain in before I placed the pipe ( see attachment B).
This brings me to my last issue which was ground cover the land has a 6" to 9" of topography
differences. In order to achieve the correct percentage of drainage and to stay clear of the well
we had to do a longer solids line. So being that it varies in ground cover in some places which
are not city requirement after the 1 ft of cover over the pipe I have about 12" to 20" of ground
cover. I have attached extra pictures to help you see the issues.
Thanks,
James Nunes
BP# BP-1900185
g11,6/lei .
kw) C&p / '
10.1-4 JG -P
