A 5% bentonite cement grout will be utilized for the well <br /> seal. <br /> 2. California Department of Health Services action levels will <br /> be utilized to determine the disposal method to be used for <br /> the containerized well development water. <br /> 3. Well installation boring cuttings will be containerized <br /> pending availability of soil sampling results. Disposition <br /> of the cuttings will be determined per California Department <br /> of Health Services action levels. <br /> 4. Siting of the monitoring wells will take into consideration <br /> County quidelines for separation from septic sewer lines, <br /> property lines and utilities. <br /> 5. The final report will contain analytical results of all soil <br /> and water samples taken on--site and will be provided to the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board as well as <br /> the County. <br /> WESTON will proceed to schedule the field work based on the Work <br /> Plan appended by the above revisions and additions.
