Waterloo Road, Stockton, California (Site Code 22073). Our proposal is to use <br /> "Oxygen Release Compound" (ORCO) in the saturated zone at the existing monitoring wells at <br /> the site. This patented technology uses a magnesium peroxide compound that releases oxygen <br /> at a slow, controlled rate when hydrated. This corrective measure will provide a passive, <br /> long-term oxygen source that will increase the degradation rate of the low TPH as <br /> 4 diesel concentrations (200 uglL maximum) that have been detected in the groundwater.
