T}lE EXCAVATED OPENING FOR INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND TANK(S) SHALL BE SUITABLY EXCAVATED (REFER TO OSHA, <br /> STATE, OR LOCAL CODES GOVERNING OPENINGS) , LEVELED AND BACKFILLED PER THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. <br /> 2.
