Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted in the front office. <br /> 2.) No wtms activity for this facility. Facility confirmed that no tires have been changed on the forklifts since the <br /> previous inspection. Tire service is performed by"Pape." <br /> 3.) No waste tires were stored on site. <br /> 4.) Permission to inspect granted by Stefan Sekula (General Manager). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility generally does not store any tires on site because the waste tires are removed by the hauler once <br /> service is complete. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to david@deswood.com <br />
