BP Oil Company, Tosco Refining <br /> Company, and ST Services [collectively Responsible Parties (RPs)] all have operated this terminal. In <br /> addition to the constituents required in MRP No. 92-803, the draft revised MRP requires monitoring for <br /> methyl tertiary butyl ether and other oxygenates. Since the facility wells were installed in the early 1990s <br /> and the RPs may be required to install new wells (which will have to be surveyed), the RPs need to <br /> re-survey their existing wells to ascertain groundwater elevation measurements are accurate. <br /> By 5 February 2001,please provide comments on the draft revised MRP.
