MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 92-803 - 2 - <br /> BP OIL COMPANY, STOCKTON FACILITY <br /> report shall contain at a minimum the following information: both tabular and <br /> graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; <br /> trends in the concentrations of the pollutants in ground water monitoring <br /> wells; whether the contaminant plume is being captured by an extraction system <br /> or is continuing to spread; plans as needed for improving the ground water <br /> monitoring, extraction or treatment system; and the anticipated date for <br /> completion of cleanup activities. The annual report shall also include the <br /> reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the operation of treatment <br /> systems. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported <br /> to the Board. <br /> BP Oil Company shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of <br /> this Order. <br /> WILLIAM H.
