Mr. Richard Laubacher -2- 24 August 1992 <br /> After collection of four quarterly samples, BP shall submit an evaluation <br /> report which summarizes the previous year' s sampling, interprets the data, and <br /> recommends any future course of action, if needed, such as identification of <br /> sources, remediation, etc. <br /> The first quarterly report is due by 15 October 1992. Subsequent quarterly <br /> reports shall be submitted by the 15th day of the month following the report- <br /> ing period.
