The <br />permit applications are for individual properties and in some <br />cases cover several wells located on the same parcel. <br />It is our intention to fill the wells to thy: surface with neat <br />cement utilizing a grout pump and tremie pipe. After the grout <br />has set, we will excavate around the casing and remove -;the casing <br />to a depth of 5' below ground surface. A 12" cement cap will <br />then be poured to cover the casing. i� <br />We propose to grout a number of wells at the srime: time'Qnd then <br />return to excavate and pour the cement caps at a later:t.ime. <br />Each well will require two inspections; but, we anticipate Pach <br />inspection will involve nine or ten individual wells.
